[SPOT-201] Spot ML failed with "Error: Unknown argument '64'"

Description

We have successfully built the SPOT ML part. While running command ./ml_ops.sh 20170525 flow 1e-20 200
script failed with error message "Unknown argument '64". We have changed precision value from 64 to 32 & also used that value in string.
