Description

When executed ml_ops.sh with all parameters, don't respond the limited parameter,
After validated the proxy_results.csv, exist more that before your limited description.

Steps to Reproduce the bug:

1. Running ml_ops.sh 20161003 Proxy 1 200

2. Check the results, inside Hadoop scores, Proxy_results.csv

3. Download the file csv to local

4. Open and check the total lines registers.

Actual Results:
After finished the ml process, you can open the proxy_results.csv and found more row registers that the specificated on the parameter.

Expected Results:
proxy_results.csv content the correctly lines registers that before the limited description.
