Description

Currently not all components are tested with Kerberos,

Spot.conf has multiple options to specify kerberos user/keytabs etc,
These entries should be removed until a proper solution is validated.

Components like ingest/oa should be validated against these changes, currently the ingest Python script looks for the kerberos configuration and runs a kinit if true.
