[ML] Expose optional online optimizer for LDA

    Description

      Allow users the option to use the online optimizer for LDA in the topic modelling portion of the suspicious connects analysis.

      It is a different optimizer, but it can be faster than EM in some instances and it allows a more natural way to move forward with a potential streaming model in the future.
