[SPARK-6543] Scheduler Delay column in tasks table on Stage detail page showing negative numbers

Description

I'm currently seeing this on the Web UI when I enable the "Scheduler Delay" "additional option":

Scheduler delay is being displayed as a large negative number for running tasks.

This is on an assembly built from fe79674, which is ~27d old. I'll try again with a 1.3.0 build later tonight and update the "Affects Version/s" tag here if I am still able to reproduce it. Apologies if this has already been fixed.
