Description

When I visit the standalone cluster web UI on EC2, the links to worker UIs are based on internal addresses (e.g. http://10.159.2.115:8081/) instead of externally-accessible addresses (e.g. http://ec2-*-*-*-*.compute-1.amazonaws.com/). This makes it hard to view the worker logs.
