Description

SPARK-45314 makes Scala 2.13 is the default Scala version.
As one of migration paths, the users choose Apache Spark 3.5.0 (Scala 2.13) and Apache Spark 3.4.2 (Scala 2.13).
We had better focus on Scala 2.13 testing.
