    Description

      Per https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/37560#discussion_r952882996,

      function `lit` with NumPy scalar in sql and pandas module have different implementations, thus, sql has a less precise result than pandas.

      We shall make their result consistent, the more precise, the better.
