Description

spark.sql.codegen.factoryMode is currently only effective when SPARK_TESTING environment variable is set.

We can actually leverage this configuration in other testing bad that mimics production environment without setting SPARK_TESTING too.

This JIRA aims to make this configuration working without SPARK_TESTING environment variable.
