Description

Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:

• transformNotSupportQuantifierError
• transformWithSerdeUnsupportedError
• tooManyArgumentsForTransformError
• notEnoughArgumentsForTransformError
• invalidTransformArgumentError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
