Description

Migrate the following errors in QueryCompilationErrors:

• cannotReadCorruptedTablePropertyError
• cannotCreateJDBCNamespaceWithPropertyError
• cannotSetJDBCNamespaceWithPropertyError
• cannotUnsetJDBCNamespaceWithPropertyError
• alterTableSerDePropertiesNotSupportedForV2TablesError
• unsetNonExistentPropertyError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryCompilationErrorsSuite.
