Description

Migrate the following errors in QueryParsingErrors:

• emptyPartitionKeyError
• partitionTransformNotExpectedError
• descColumnForPartitionUnsupportedError
• incompletePartitionSpecificationError

onto use error classes. Throw an implementation of SparkThrowable. Also write a test per every error in QueryParsingErrorsSuite.
