Description

Need to implement v2 execution node for ALTER TABLE .. RENAME PARTITION similar to v1 implementation: https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/40c37d69fd003ed6079ee8c139dba5c15915c568/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/execution/command/ddl.scala#L513
