Description

Override the default SQL strings for:
ALTER TABLE RENAME COLUMN
ALTER TABLE UPDATE COLUMN NULLABILITY
in the following MsSQLServer JDBC dialect according to official documentation.
Write MsSqlServer integration tests for JDBC.
