Description

For example,

In this link: history/app-20200623133209-0015/stages/ , stage submit time is correct (CST)

 

But in this link: history/app-20200623133209-0015/stages/stage/?id=0&attempt=0 , task launch time is incorrect(UTC)

 

The same problem exists in port 4040 Web UI.
