Major Description
The recoverPartitions test [link] overrides RDD_PARALLEL_LISTING_THRESHOLD treating it as SQLConf. But RDD_PARALLEL_LISTING_THRESHOLD is not a SQLConf, so it doesn't get overriden in SharedSparkSession and so the existing test doesn't end up testing the required behaviour.
