Some stage table rows render wrong number of columns if tasks are missing metrics

    Description

      The Spark UI's stages table renders too few columns for some tasks if a subset of the tasks are missing their metrics. This is due to an inconsistency in how we render certain columns: some columns gracefully handle this case, but others do not. See attached screenshot below
