Description

This is an umbrella JIRA for checking MLlib v1.1 API consistency, including

1. new APIs introduced after v1.0
2. Python/Java APIs added after v1.0
3. private APIs made public after v1.0

The easiest way to do this is by comparing the generated docs from v1.0 and v1.1-SNAPSHOT.
