[SPARK-28164] usage description does not match with shell scripts

Description

I found that "spark/sbin/start-slave.sh" may have some error. 

line 43 gives--- echo "Usage: ./sbin/start-slave.sh [options] <master>"

but later this script,  I found line 59  MASTER=$1 

Is this a conflict?
