disallow ADAPTIVE_EXECUTION_ENABLED&CBO_ENABLED in org.apache.spark.sql.execution.streaming.StreamExecution#runStream, but logWarning in org.apache.spark.sql.streaming.StreamingQueryManager#createQuery
it is better to logWarning in org.apache.spark.sql.execution.streaming.StreamExecution#runStream
