Allow kubernetes integration tests to be run against a real cluster.

    Description

      Currently, tests can only run against a minikube cluster, testing against a real cluster gives more flexibility in writing tests with more number of executors and resources.

      It will also be helpful, if minikube is unavailable for testing.
