Major Description
The History Server is not showing properly errors which happen when trying to download logs. In particular, when downloading logs for which the user is not authorized, the user sees a File not found error, instead of the unauthorized response.
Similarly, trying to download logs from a non-existing application returns a server error, instead of a 404 message.
