Description

The scaladoc of some classes (mainly ml/mllib classes) include math formulas, but currently it renders very ugly, e.g. the doc of the LogisticGradient class.

We can improve this by including MathJax javascripts in the scaladocs page, much like what we do for the markdown docs.
