Expose params to control how feature names are generated

    Description

      Feature names are generated during feature transformations. This would cause performance issues if there are a huge number of features. Sometimes, it is not useful to have feature names if the features are not to be examined manually. It would be nice to expose params to control feature name generation. This could be part of attribute API improvement.
