Description

ZooKeeper's API is a veritable minefield of pitfalls. Apache Curator (http://curator.apache.org/) provides a cleaner and higher level API that helps avoid these problems.

We should be able to replace almost all of ZooKeeperLeaderElectionAgent and SparkZooKeeperSession with Curator equivalents.
