SpellCheckComponentTest (still) occasionally fails

    Description

      In December 2015, I addressed occasional, non-reproducable failures with the Spellcheck Component tests. These were failing with this warning:

      PERFORMANCE WARNING: Overlapping onDeckSearchers=2

      ...and the test itself would run before the test data was committed, resulting in failure.

      This problem is re-occurring and needs a better fix.
