removing collection while it's recovering blows up cluster

    Description

      The case is described at SOLR-9639. It's clear why core removing is stuck, but it's not clear what causes a bunch of requests, which seem like /get, that flood the heap. To reproduce, just rollback SOLR-9639 commit and run ant test line from there.
