[SOLR-8019] OpenBitSet.class missing in Lucene core 5

Description

A core was transferred from SOLR 4.10 to 5.2.
While adding entities works, searching will yield a java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.lucene.util.OpenBitSet

We found OpenBitSet.class in lucene-core-4.10.4.jar, but it seems to be missing in corresponding lucene-core-5.2.1.jar
