{{bin/solr stop}} can sometimes infinitely hang

      Description

      Noticed this with unit tests..

      bin/solr stop can indefinitely hang if the "spinner" waits on a PID which is a substring of some other PID in the system – as it does a plain grep (so 23 will match 234 as well).
