Description

I think we made a mistake in the format we chose for SOLR-6673.

It's mixed case, which is kind of hokey in my eyes, and we overrode C and c as different things.

You often see a line with simply c: name and somehow you have to train your mind that's not collection because it's not caps. Bleh.

We should make this nice.
