Update 5-min tutorial for Solr 5

    Description

      The new online tutorial will not work for Solr 5. There is no more collection1, which the example uses.

      Placeholder to ensure this does not get forgotten in the 5.0 release process as the README drives new users to this tutorial.

      Also, should the tutorial be versioned given the significant difference between 4.10.2 and 5.0 experience?
