Frequent test fails in org.apache.solr.cloud.SyncSliceTest

      Description

      It looks like this started with either the recent distrib commit fix or the fix to wait to reconnect to zk forever, not 30 seconds. If that turns out to be the case, this is probably exposing an existing issue rather than anything new.

          I've setup a new fullmetaljenkins job to work on tracking this down - just need to get the right logging setup.

          Okay, I've got some decent logging in place - another hard one to parse though. Luckily, it looks like some seeds are easily repeatable fails.

          This should be fixed now. It was a test issue - the distrib update processor would not pass on multiple valued params - and one that it can pass on is a test param that can be multi valued.
