Need to write up some docs of the various plans discussed in jira for how to maintain the solr ref guide moving forward...

• single live version tracking stable branch
• who has edit perms (committers) and why
• how/where people should submit doc feedback (comments, and cleaning up comments when changes are rolled into docs)
• PDF snapshots per minor release (based on SOLR-4886 outcome)
• errata page(s) for mistakes in older docs (should be dynamic and linked to from docs in PDF)
• trunk-pending page/section of wiki for docs about things that are trunk only that wont be included in PDF but can easily be moved/copied into the approprate section once trunk gets renamed 5x
