[SOLR-3646] /browse request handler fails in example if you don't specify a field in the query with "no default specified via 'df' param"

Description

If you try using the stock /browse request handler and don't specify a field in the search, you get the following stack (partial):

SEVERE: org.apache.solr.common.SolrException: no field name specified in query and no default specified via 'df' param
