Description

UIMA Addons 2.3.1 has been released so the -SNAPSHOT dependencies can be migrated to it.
The following contrib/uima libs need to be switched:

• AlchemyAPIAnnotator
• OpenCalaisAnnotator
• WhitespaceTokenizer
• HmmTagger
