    Description

      CoreContainer.getDefaultHttpSolrClient (Http2SolrClient based on Jetty HttpClient) being added to replace UpdateShardHandler.getDefaultHttpClient (which is Apache HttpClient).
      This issue merely captures this work but not migrating anything.
