Description

During a long thread discussion, it veered into "What is the right term for non embedded, non solr cloud" and the community uses the term Standalone, even though "User Managed" was the quasi official term used in Ref Guide.  

 

This ticket is to accept the will of the people, and use Standalone

Update the ref guide, and add Standalone to the glossary.
