Description

Post merging the first round of migrating logic from bin/solr and bin/solr.cmd to Java, I discovered that while the text related to running "bin/solr -h" is still in the bin/solr and bin/solr.cmd commands, but we also have in in the SolrCLI.java! ARgh.
