Graph tab on Admin UI doesn't render a graph (Firefox)

    Description

      Built Solr from branch_9x, created a 16 shard collection, opened the Admin UI (Firefox 114 / Fedora 37) and went to Cloud > Graph tab. Nothing renders. Cluster is healthy.
