Description

I wanted to control the nodes that a new collection was created on, but realized it wasn't exposed in the Admin UI. This issue & PR (coming) will add it as an option. The default value will keep the current Admin UI behavior where the cluster decides which nodes to allocated the collections. But users will be able to override this behavior via a comman separated lists of node names.
