Description

SOLR-14660 moved hdfs to a module.

But now we have split-package situation with the module defining classes in solr.core, solr.core.backup.repository, solr.core.update, solr.core.snapshots and solr.core.util. Move all these under a common org.apache.solr.hdfs namespace?
