Description
See email from ASF. Solr is in violation of a policy:
IMPORTANT: PMCs who list "powered by" companies on their Project sites (organizations that are using your project --in their products/solutions or otherwise) MUST NOT BE DOING SO ON THE PROJECT HOME PAGE.
The reason Solr has not been "detected" until now is that solr was a sub page of lucene.apache.org but now the page with the illegal logos is on the HOME PAGE of solr.apache.org 
It should be easy to just put the "powered by" section on a sub page instead of on the HOME page of our site.
This should be done within September 2021.
