Description

SOLR-11880 tried to do the same and it succeeded for update shard handler but the implementation was wrong for http shard handler because the executor created during construction is overwritten in the init() method. The commit for SOLR-11880 is at https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/commit/5a47ed4/
