coreRootDirectory should be solr_home/cores

    Description

      The coreRootDirectory defaults to be solr_home.  Instead it should be a new directory dedicated to solr cores, like solr_home/cores.  Using solr_home directly has potential to clash with other things in that directory like "lib" and "configsets".
