Description

Non standard double quotes get stripped from the queryString in the DisMax parser.

I suggest replacing the following unicode double quote chars

""„"„«»‟❝❞⹂＂

with a straight quote

"

This will allow all quotes to be treated the same regardless of local / cultural background
