Description

Add more hooks in SolrEventListener to allow for greater user customization. Proposed hooks are: 

public void postCoreConstruct(SolrCore core);
public void preAddDoc(AddUpdateCommand cmd);
public void postAddDoc(AddUpdateCommand cmd);
public void preDelete(DeleteUpdateCommand cmd);
public void postDelete(DeleteUpdateCommand cmd);
