SurroundQParserPlugin support for UnifiedHighlighter

    Description

      The "surround" QParser doesn't work with the UnififedHighlighter – LUCENE-8492. However I think we can overcome this by having Solr's QParser extend getHighlightQuery and rewrite itself.
