Description

One of the asserts in CxfBCPolicyTest#testUsingAddressing was failing intermittently - the check has been commented out in http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1352443 for now to allow the build to pass consistently, but we probably want to fix the test itself as well.
