PublisherComponent should work on other JBI containers (now only on smx3)

    Description

      The current implementation of the org.apache.servicemix.wsn.spring.PublisherComponent uses lightweight component semantics. This is only available for SMX3 however. We should improve the implementation so we can provide the same functionality on other JBI containers as well
