Description
if we create ClientChannel to send NMR message, we will always see the warning message like
ManagementEndpointRegistry 94 | No managed endpoint registered with id ....
The reason is that we don't register the temporary endpoint used for ClientChannel (and I don't think we need register such endpoint), we may need downgrade the LOG level for such log message to avoid always seeing this noisy message.
